The XPHCC proposes a new model called "smart proof." Smart proofs will indicate that certain "medical services" processing has taken place and are used in different ways as medical service products in the XPHCC network. We provide online smart contract mechanism. After entering the trading conditions and parameters (such as transaction price, transaction object, effective time, and exception conditions) through the system's WEB interface, we can automatically generate smart contract codes based on Go language. The transaction processing of the nodes on the chain is handled by intelligently selected leaders executing smart contracts. Each contract includes network protocols, governance structures, membership agreements, etc.; it exists as a signature object on the ledger of the XPHCC , eliminating any ambiguity in the authenticity and reliability of the object. In a high-level abstraction, the transaction contains the following required elements:{‘sender’:XPID, ‘recipient’:XPID, ‘payload’:blob, ‘contract’:address, ‘coin’:float} A payload published to a network transaction contains data for which the specified smart contract will run, and the hash of the data is written to the ledger.
